Restaurant operations gave me the operating lens. SVB added fund-banking, credit, and startup ecosystem discipline. Yale became the platform to build AI products against real healthcare, voice, and recruiting workflows.

Worked full time in family restaurant operations, managing roughly 20 employees across 10 drivers, 8 cooks, and 2 order takers. Negotiated supplier changes that reduced core food costs by about 8% on cheese, dough, and sauce, and redesigned phone-order coverage with VOIP/offshore staffing in Pakistan.
